1. Overview
Wolfe Logos is a sole trader providing creative, design, and technology services, including website development, branding, design, printing, clothing prints, SaaS software (NowayNoPay), merchant onboarding, POS systems, and plugin installations.
By using any Wolfe Logos service, including the NowayNoPay platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
2. User Accounts
Users must create an account to access services and dashboards.
Account credentials (email, password, magic link) are confidential.
Users are responsible for all activity under their account.
3. Subscription & Payment Services (NowayNoPay)
Access to the NowayNoPay SaaS platform requires a subscription: £15/month or £30/3 months.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe Connect; Wolfe Logos does not store raw card data.
Subscription fees must be current for users or merchants to receive payouts.
Cancellation: subscriptions can be cancelled at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.
4. Referral Program
Users may refer merchants to the platform using unique codes.
Commissions are tracked automatically and paid monthly based on subscription activity.
5. Merchant Onboarding & Payouts
Merchants onboard via Stripe Connect, which securely handles all financial and banking details, including SCA compliance.
Payouts are scheduled monthly.
Users without an active subscription will not receive payouts until payments are up to date.
6. Other Wolfe Logos Services
Build Website – Full website creation for clients.
Branding – Logo, identity, and brand guidelines.
Design Work – Digital and print design services.
Printing & Clothing Prints – Physical products and custom clothing.
Install Plugins for Website Sales – Tools for clients to sell products online.
Issue POS Machines via Connect – Point-of-sale hardware and software integration.
7. Security & Compliance
NowayNoPay is PCI-compliant through Stripe.
Wolfe Logos maintains account and dashboard security.
Wolfe Logos is not a bank and does not provide financial advice.
8. Limitations & Liability
Wolfe Logos is not responsible for losses due to misuse of the platform or failure to follow Terms.
9. Governing Law

How NowayNoPay Works / Workflow
1. Platform Overview
NowayNoPay is a SaaS platform for subscription management, merchant onboarding, and payouts.

2. User Sign-Up
Users register via email/password or magic link.
Verification provides access to dashboards for subscriptions, merchants, and payouts.
3. Merchant Onboarding
Merchants onboard via Stripe Connect and are linked to referral codes.
Stripe handles all banking details securely.
4. Subscription & Payment Workflow
Active subscriptions required to access platform and receive payouts.
Payments processed securely; Wolfe Logos does not handle raw card info.
5. Payouts & Referral Commissions
Commissions calculated automatically for successful merchant referrals.
Payouts are monthly via Stripe Connect; inactive subscriptions block payouts.
6. Data & Privacy
Only necessary personal data is collected and stored securely.
Wolfe Logos does not sell or trade personal data.
7. Compliance
PCI-compliant via Stripe.
Wolfe Logos operates solely as a platform provider, not a financial institution.
