Wolfe Logos – Terms & Conditions

1. Services Covered

Wolfe Logos provides custom digital design services, including but not limited to:

Logo design

Landing page design and hosting (12 months included)

Website design

Brochure design

Business card design

Leaflet design

2. Use of Website

By using wolfe-promotes.sumupstore.com or placing an order with Wolfe Logos, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Wolfe Logos may update or amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after changes are made constitutes acceptance of those changes.

3. Orders & Contracts

A contract comes into effect once your order has been placed, accepted, and confirmed by Wolfe Logos. You confirm by placing an order that:

You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

All information you provide is accurate and complete.

You are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Payment

All services are provided on a fixed-price basis as displayed at the time of order.

Payment is required in full before work begins.

Prices include the first 12 months of hosting/domain (where applicable). Renewal fees will apply after 12 months.

5. Delivery of Services

Digital design services (logos, brochures, cards, leaflets, websites, landing pages) will be delivered electronically or made accessible online.

Timeframes will be discussed with the client, but Wolfe Logos is not responsible for delays outside its control.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

You may cancel an order within 14 days if work has not yet started, and a refund will be issued.

Once design work has commenced, refunds are not available as the service is bespoke and tailored to you.

Domain and hosting fees are non-refundable once registration is complete.

7. Ownership & Usage Rights

Clients own the final design output (logos, brochures, business cards, leaflets, website content) once full payment has been received.

Wolfe Logos retains rights to design frameworks, templates, and hosting infrastructure.

Clients are granted a licence to use their purchased design materials for business and promotional purposes.

8. Client Responsibilities

You must provide accurate business details, branding assets, and any required content.

You are responsible for compliance with advertising, consumer protection, and data protection regulations relevant to your industry.

9. Liability

Wolfe Logos provides digital design and hosting services on a best-effort basis and makes no guarantees of specific business results, enquiries, or sales.

Wolfe Logos is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages beyond the total amount paid for the service.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
